Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

 

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

When will this be back in stock?

When will I receive my order?

We typically ship items within 5-7 business days. If you receive a notification indicating that your item has shipped but shows as 'pre-shipment,' please note that we're in the process of coordinating its delivery to the post office, and it will be dispatched shortly thereafter. Once the package is in the possession of USPS, its handling and delivery are beyond our control.

Do you do custom orders?

At this time, we are not currently accepting custom orders.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. Our inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis once it is added to the website. Our commitment is to deliver products swiftly to your doorstep, ensuring you receive your order promptly.

You can utilize the Return Center on our website to return any new or unused items purchased within 30 days. Simply visit our website and access the Return Center to initiate the return process.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please be aware that due to the volume of messages and emails we receive, as well as our frequent shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process. Do you sell files for 3D printing?

No, we do not sell our designs.
