SSS for Trophyline Hyperlite Sticks

Regular price $35.00
Regular price $0.00 Sale price $35.00

Are you looking for a way to keep streamlining your Hyperlite Sticks? Our Stick Stack Stow (SSS) System is designed specifically for that. The innovative design allows the sticks to lock together, so you don't need any straps or bungees to keep them together.

The design comes from a childhood favorite toy of mine: Legos. The SSS system comes with two sets of 3D-printed pieces that bolt together through the pockets in the sticks. You place one set on the top section of the stick and the other near the bottom section. Just squeeze two sticks together, and the male features fully seat into the receiving stick's female "pockets." This snug fit allows the sticks to hold together exceptionally well and allows you to carry them up the tree with you as you climb in one go. The pieces are "keyed" so you won't be able to install them incorrectly.

What's included:

  • 4- sets of 3D-printed pieces (16 total pieces)
    • 8 Bottom pieces
    • 8 Top pieces
  • 8- #10-24 .75" Flat Head Screws

How to Install Video:

Love it, but....

The good: solves important issues: noise and quick separation when clibing... the bad:came in a little too thick. Once the screws were fully tight, the blocks were still loose. The ugly:The "Legos " could be a bit tighter, I still need a bungee cord during transport... with all that being said there's nothing that comes even close to the issue it solves...

Overall, I think this is an amazing product. However, where the Legos fit into each other, some are loose some or tight. I find that some of the sticks want to just come off of the next one and fall to the ground. I’m hoping you guys can actually make an adjustment to make these have a bit more bite to each other, or another words a tighter fit. Also, please let me know if you guys have stumbled across this problem before and if there’s a fix or adjustment I can do on my end. I would definitely like to try to make these work.

Thanks
Shane
