⭐ 1/5 Stars — Misleading Product Description and Zero Customer Service
I purchased the Mathews LoPro Quiver Bracket (Order #53201), and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product listing and the complete lack of customer service.
The product is advertised as a “Quiver Bracket,” but what you actually receive is only one component of a mounting system. The bracket is essentially useless on its own without purchasing another part separately. Nowhere in the description does it clearly state that an additional component is REQUIRED to make the product functional.
I have absolutely no problem paying for the additional components. My issue is that had the listing been clear, I would have ordered everything together. Instead, I received half of what I needed and was left having to place another order, pay additional shipping, and wait another 4–5 days just to have a usable product.
To make matters worse, I reached out to Genesis 3D Printing directly on September 25th, explaining the issue in detail. I wasn’t asking for a refund or free merchandise. I simply explained how misleading the listing was, suggested they clarify that additional components are required, and asked whether they could help me get the remaining part without having to start the ordering process over again.
Nearly three weeks later, I have received absolutely no response. Not even an acknowledgment of my message.
I also suggested that they offer a backing plate and nuts for the included bolts, which would allow customers to mount the bracket to a backpack or other equipment without purchasing their proprietary mounting system.
The frustrating part is that this could have been avoided with one sentence in the product description: “Additional mounting system required and sold separately.”
Instead, the company apparently has time to send me a request to review the product but can’t take the time to respond to a legitimate customer concern.
One star, not necessarily because of the quality of the 3D-printed part, but because of the misleading product description and nonexistent customer service. I would have gladly purchased the complete system had I known what was actually required. Unfortunately, this experience has left a pretty poor impression of the company.
