The head maybe good but the customer service is received through the whole transaction was the worst I've seen. I ordered several things from them mid Novemberish and they didn't mail it twice and both times had excuses why. Didn't get to use any of it before my season went out. I doubt I'll ever order from them again

Having purchased both at the same time and now having used the combo twice afield...the SUB ONE FLUID HEAD is a "PERFECT PARTNER" for the the SUB ONE CAMERA ARM as both hold a heavy SONY HVR-Z1U with ease!

The compact design of the SUB ONE FLUID HEAD allows for quick access to its handle for adjusting the camera to the appropriate angles needed to "get the shot"...and the adjustable "tension" pivots for both the "VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL" are very easily adjusted to provide EXACTLY THE RIGHT TENSION for EXTREMELY SMOOTH OPERATION!
